Job Summary: Provide exceptional customer service and assist in salesfloor operations to ensure a positive shopping experience and drive customer loyalty. To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for: • Zoning the department to ensure a well-organized and efficient shopping environment • Rotating stock and checking for expired products to maintain a fresh and appealing product selection • Ensuring merchandise is properly signed and priced to prevent errors and maintain accuracy • Adhering to standards and policies for cold chain compliance, food handling, and product rotation to ensure a safe and healthy shopping environment • Following proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing/flagging/pricing/labels to maintain a well-stocked and accurately priced department • Ensuring the department is fully stocked with merchandise and is ready for business to provide a positive shopping experience for customers • Following Health and Safety guidelines to maintain a safe and healthy work environment Minimum Qualifications: Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position.
