JOB SUMMARY

The Solution Integrator is essential in putting in place and delivering the envisioned solution. Acting as a translator among project roles, you ensure continuous understanding of the solution throughout the team. Leading design decisions, solution integration, and implementation are central to your role.

Your responsibility as a Solution Integrator includes providing comprehensive functional expertise on solutions, promoting the usage of reusable patterns, automation, platforms, and ensuring adherence to enterprise reference architecture.

Defining interactions between application packages, databases, and middleware systems based on business and functional requirements is key. Leading a group of functional designers and emphasizing team collaboration are significant aspects of your role.

This position offers the opportunity to conceptualize intricate solutions and lead a team toward delivering a fully integrated solution for a multi-year transformation program. Proficiency in software design and integration lifecycle, along with strong collaboration and problem-solving skills, characterizes the ideal candidate.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collaborate with Business, Architects, Designers (SAP, integration, UX, and data), Basis, Security, Transport, and Landscape to comprehend business objectives and deliver future application purpose
  • Identify required application components for the integrated solution delivery
  • Work closely with all teams, including vendors, to define and plan solution delivery
  • Lead design sessions, overall design decisions, and oversee application design activities
  • Review and approve functional documentation as per CN methodology standards
  • Collaborate with Quality Testing for testing strategy and integration testing
  • Define data conversion strategy in collaboration with Business and Data Designer
  • Manage and mitigate solution and integration delivery risks
  • Improve software engineering processes and methods
  • Assist in end-to-end test script automation
  • Contribute to Hypercare knowledge transfer to Support teams

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, Software Engineering, or Information technology
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in software engineering lifecycle
  • Experience with software development lifecycle
  • Strong knowledge in technical and functional specifications
  • Experience in leading teams in project lifecycles
  • Bilingualism with high proficiency in English

SAP EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Finance modules
  • Strong understanding of SD processes including sales order and contract management, pricing, delivery, and billing
  • Experience with SD configuration and integration

OTHER SKILLS
  • Understanding integration points between SD and other SAP modules
  • Capability to manage large-scale and complex SD implementations
  • Knowledge of SD best practices and optimization techniques
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE
Experience in Heavy Asset Industries (Transportation, Oil & Gas, etc.)
