Key Responsibilities- Deliver Results: Meet or exceed store profitability goals by providing exceptional customer service and promoting our financial products and services.
- Provide Quality Customer Service: Deliver a positive customer experience through efficient execution of all customer transactions, including cash handling and accurate entry of transactions into the system.
- Determine Customer Needs: Assess customers' financial needs and provide solutions that satisfy those needs, including negotiating payment terms and schedules for past due balances.
- Follow Safety and Compliance Requirements: Ensure all safety, security, and compliance requirements are met, including accurate completion of documentation.
- Sales Drive: Be sales-driven and have a passion for customer service.
- Experience: Have a minimum of one year of financial services and sales experience.
- Cash Handling: Have previous cash handling experience.
