Job Description

As a Continuing Care Assistant with Health Careers in Saskatchewan, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to clients in their homes. Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients with their daily living activities, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist clients with meal preparation and feeding
  • Help clients with mobility and transfer activities
  • Support clients with their medication management
  • Encourage clients to participate in activities that promote their physical, emotional, and social well-being

Requirements:

  • Continuing Care Assistant (CCA) certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills
  • Valid driver's license (where required)
