Customer Service Associate

Join our team as a Customer Service Associate and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving salesfloor operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Zoning the department to ensure a well-organized and efficient shopping environment.
  • Rotating stock and checking for expired products to maintain a fresh and appealing product selection.
  • Ensuring merchandise is properly signed and priced to prevent errors and maintain customer trust.
  • Adhering to standards and policies for cold chain compliance, food safety, and handling procedures to protect customers and employees.
  • Following proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing/flagging/pricing/labels to maintain accurate inventory and pricing.
  • Ensuring the department is fully stocked with merchandise and ready for business to meet customer needs.
  • Following Health and Safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service or retail experience an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
