Job Description:

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Food Packers in Cambridge, ON. As a Food Packer, you will be responsible for assisting in the labelling and packaging of food products, conducting quality inspections, and maintaining a steady pace on the packaging line.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in labelling and packaging of food products
  • Conduct quality inspections to ensure high-quality products are packed
  • Place frozen meat products into trays or boxes
  • Feed products through a flash freeze process
  • Maintain a steady pace on the packaging line

Requirements:

  • Ability to work with meat products (cooked/frozen)
  • Ability to assist others and work in a team
  • Ability to adhere to strict Food GMPs

Work Environment:

  • Bus accessible
  • Straight shifts (no rotations)
  • Opportunity for temp-to-perm conversion

Compensation:

$16.55/hour + $0.50/hour for afternoon shift
