Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Associate at Franklin Electric. This role is responsible for driving customer satisfaction, retention, and adoption of key product and service features within a particular market segment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Needs Identification: Proactively anticipate customer needs and identify potential opportunities or issues, lost sales. Create recommendations and facilitate actions accordingly.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and deepen relationships with customers by understanding their business objectives and providing exemplary support.
  • Communication: Communicate frequently with customers on updates, information, concerns, and suggestions.
  • Upsell and Cross-Sell Opportunities: Identify potential upsell, new product, substitution, or replacement opportunities. Develop a value strategy specific to the opportunity.
  • Deliverables Management: Manage deliverables specific to meeting the team's strategic objectives.
  • Internal Collaboration: Communicate and coordinate with internal departments (Product Managers/Sales Team).
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete forms, applications, and/or customer requests.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other related duties as required or assigned.
Requirements:
  • Language Skills: Must be able to read, write, and speak English. Bilingual in French and English is preferred.
  • Personal Qualities: Dependable, displays initiative, self-motivated, results and goal-oriented, customer growth-oriented, effective communication skills, strong problem analysis and problem-solving skills, innovative, professional in all manners.
  • Education and Experience: High School diploma required, one to two years of relevant experience or training in customer service or office experience required.
