Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Order Picker. In this role, you will be responsible for picking and preparing orders for shipping, as well as performing various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pick and prepare orders for shipping, including stacking, wrapping, and crating products
  • Load and unload products and materials by hand or equipment
  • Sort and package fabricated parts onto a cart according to the subassembly list and deliver to point of use in the plant
  • Check subassembly counts and report any discrepancies to the fabrication area
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including assisting in taking inventory and weighing/checking materials
Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to operate material handling equipment, including forklift trucks
  • Knowledge of workplace safety and safe lifting and handling procedures
  • Able to work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently
  • Able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
  • Time management skills
Working Conditions

This is a full-time, year-round position that requires working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will be required to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a variety of weather conditions.
