About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP Project Manager to join our team at People Force Consulting Inc. as a Business Transformation Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for leading full-cycle SAP projects, driving business development and sales pursuits, and mentoring team members to create a followership and expand our expertise and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day project management of SAP projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Drive and support business development and sales pursuits within the SAP space, identifying new opportunities and building relationships with clients.
  • Develop and implement methodologies, tools, and approaches to accelerate growth and improve project management processes.
  • Mentor and train team members on SAP project management best practices, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the SAP domain, including hands-on functional experience and project management/program management experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful SAP projects, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and business growth.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and analyze business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
