The successful candidate will provide art experiences to students throughout HRCE through an African Nova Scotian lens. The successful applicant must be able to authentically represent the African Nova Scotian culture. It is highly recommended that the candidate have a vehicle, and be able to move art/music supplies in and out of buildings on regular basis.
This position meets the criteria for a probationary contract.
Successful new hire teachers by way of term contract who are fully qualified may be issued a probationary contract and will become a permanent member of the school's teacher complement.
