**Key Responsibilities:**
- Facilitate the encouragement of critical thinking skills of nursing staff to work to their full scope of practice.
- Coordinate day-to-day operations and patient/resident flow of the integrated facility.
- Collaborate with the Health Services Manager to ensure smooth facility operations.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum of three (3) years relevant long term care nursing experience.
- Minimum one (1) year supervisory experience.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent.
- Nursing diploma is acceptable.
**Competencies:**
- Basic - Change management skills.
- Basic - Computer skills.
