Job Title: Community Health Services Administrator

Join our team at Wolseley Memorial Integrated Care Centre as a Community Health Services Administrator. This is a full-time temporary position that offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients and community.

  • Lead and manage community health services, ensuring high-quality patient care and outcomes.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient satisfaction, safety, and quality of care.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, community partners, and stakeholders to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members, promoting a culture of excellence, respect, and inclusivity.
Requirements
  • Minimum five years of recent experience in a community or acute mental health setting.
  • Proven leadership experience, with a track record of success in managing teams and implementing change.
  • Five years of experience in a health-related field, with a strong understanding of healthcare systems and policies.
Education and Training
  • Health Care Administration diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or equivalent.
  • Nursing diploma or equivalent.
Licenses and Certifications
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license.
