Job Summary: Cosmetics Associate at Walmart Canada

Develop your skills in the retail industry as a Cosmetics Associate, providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the high-volume flow of merchandise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Assist customers by promoting products, locating merchandise, and making purchase decisions.
  • Resolve customer issues and refer concerns to management where appropriate.
  • Maintain salesfloor presentation by stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged or out-of-date goods, and setting up product displays.
  • Ensure proper handling of claims and returns, secure merchandise, and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Receive and stock merchandise, utilize equipment, and administer required paperwork and documentation.
  • Refer service and transactional items to a Customer Service Manager as required.
  • Provide awareness to customers about available cosmetic services and guidance.
  • Stock merchandise, pick, downstock, and apply product protection when required.
