Job Opportunity:
- We are seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Registered Practical Nurses (RPN) for flexible Full-Time/Part-Time positions in Tillsonburg, ON, and surrounding areas within our Visiting Nurse Program.

Responsibilities:
- Developing effective Care Plans for Community Health Services
- Providing exceptional nursing services to patients
- Working in various settings such as homes, clinics, and schools
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams
- Performing clinical duties as required
Requirements:
- RN or RPN degree/diploma
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Compassion for patient care
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and vehicle
- CPR Certification
- Current immunization record
- Vulnerable sector check and clear background check
