CNC Plasma Table Operator

Working on behalf of our client Lakeland Multi-trade , we are currently seeking an experienced CNC Plasma Table Operator to join their team.

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Plasma Operator to join our clients team.

As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for performing duties in compliance with company policies and standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety and complete an on-time completion of projects.

Responsibilities:
Set up, program and operate CNC machines to perform machining operations
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine machining requirements
Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as needed
Nest parts efficiently using applicable software
Loading files into the CNC using user interface
Label and clean material for next work process

Experience:
Strong Computer skills
Previous CNC and or related manufacturing experience
Previous experience in a metal fabrication shop
Strong understanding of metals
Experience on a Plasma/Laser table. Will train the right candidate
Must be a team player
Proficiency in basic math skills for measurements and calculations

$30.00-$35.00 per hour
