As a Metal Fabricator, you will be responsible for:

  • Measuring, cutting, grinding, fitting, aligning, and tack welding parts
  • Layout of reference points and patterns
  • Assembling and fitting plates and sections to form structures
  • Layout, construction, and templates
  • Reading, interpreting, planning, and executing from drawings, blueprints, and procedures

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • 5-8+ years of fabrication, assembly, and fitting experience utilizing various tools and equipment
  • Ironworkers: Metal fabrication trade certification
  • Marine Fabricators: Pipefitting trade certification, or equivalent knowledge and experience
  • WHMIS Certificate
  • Willingness to train on multiple pieces of equipment
