Job Summary:

As a Road Service Technician, you will be responsible for conducting maintenance checks and repairs at customer sites, providing consistent service and technical knowledge to our customers. You will be the front line contact between our company and the customer, requiring strong communication and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Examine and diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical issues with lift trucks and carousels
  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and repairs
  • Diagnose and order parts according to technical manuals
  • Document and analyze breakdowns based on standard procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service and technical support
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Mechanical Technician or equivalent related experience
  • Truck and Coach 310T Certification or Heavy Duty Technician Certification
  • Demonstrated knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems of battery and engine powered material handling equipment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
