Front End Loader

Job Title: Front End Loader - Join our team as a Front End Loader and contribute to the efficient operation of our fertilizer distribution site.

Shifts: Rotating Day and Night Shifts (6am - 6pm or 6pm - 6am)

Rate of Pay: $25.00/hour

About the Role:

  • Safely operate heavy equipment, including loaders with high tip buckets and skid steers.
  • Load and unload liquid fertilizer trucks using overhead pipes and gangways.
  • Work in both dry and wet facilities, performing light repairs on various equipment as needed.
  • Operate scale systems and perform other general labor tasks around the site, including yard maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience operating heavy equipment, including loaders with buckets and skid steers.
  • Valid G-Class License and Working at Heights Certification.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs and work well in a team and independently.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with basic computer skills to operate scale systems.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
