Lead Department Manager - Overnights

Walmart Canada is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Lead Department Manager - Overnights. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Overnight Associates in maintaining a well-presented and well-maintained store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in providing direction and coordination of Overnight Stocking, ensuring that communicated priorities are met.
  • Assess the overall presentation of merchandise and appearance of the store, identifying areas for improvement and executing merchandising display changes as needed.
  • Ensure that defective merchandise is properly handled and stored.
  • Take responsibility for store safety and security in the absence of the Overnight Assistant Manager, managing accidents and incidents as needed.
  • Inspect assigned areas to ensure adequate security and compliance with physical facilities standards.
  • Participate in the training and development of Overnight Associates to achieve production results.
Compensation:

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts at $19.15, with opportunities for advancement based on relevant experience.
