Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Repair and Maintenance Technician to join our team at Big White Ski Resort. As a key member of our repair shop, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and efficiency in the repair and maintenance of skis and snowboards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair and maintain customer skis and snowboards to the highest standards
  • Perform routine maintenance on our ski and snowboard rental fleet
  • Mount and calibrate ski bindings with precision and accuracy
  • Operate Wintersteiger equipment safely and efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Sell spare parts and accessories to customers
  • Manage cash handling and balancing with accuracy
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment at all times
  • Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance
  • Manage inventory and supplies effectively
Requirements
  • Minimum of one year's experience as a Repair and Maintenance Technician
  • Proven experience in the ski and snowboard industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional attitude and strong work ethic
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to deal with customers of all ages and backgrounds
