  • Design exceptional functional, technical, and user interfaces, aligning designs with business requirements, enterprise architecture, and system performance standards.
  • Ensure quality in technical work during design and development phases, making vital adjustments.
  • Implement customer-standard methodologies in technology delivery, project management, and architecture, ensuring detailed project documentation and accurate cost estimation.
  • Achieve project breakthroughs efficiently to meet budget, timing, and quality standards, innovating to reduce costs and improve cost-effectiveness and experience for customers.
  • Cultivate knowledge management, ensuring crucial knowledge is documented and accessible, setting performance metrics and goals with tech peers and partners.
  • Design for reusability and trace solutions back to business requirements, identifying and resolving issues compromising application integrity, and providing technical support for raised incidents.
Requirements:
  • More than 10 years of confirmed experience in business systems analysis.
  • More than 5 years of consistent record working with Guidewire PolicyCenter and more than 5 years of working experience in General Insurance business (Home and Auto).
  • Experience in enterprise Agile methodology, strong facilitation and elicitation skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
Working Arrangements:

Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Toronto, ON, Canada.
