Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Produce Stocker to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a key member of our salesfloor operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Zone the department to ensure efficient stock rotation and product visibility.
  • Rotate stock and check for expired products to maintain a high-quality product offering.
  • Ensure merchandise is properly signed and priced to meet company standards.
  • Adhere to standards and policies for cold chain compliance, thermometer calibrations, temperature recording, food handling, product rotation, sell-by dates, and expiration dates to maintain a safe and healthy shopping environment.
  • Follow proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing/flagging/pricing/labels to ensure accurate and efficient inventory management.
  • Ensure the department is fully stocked with merchandise and is ready for business to meet customer demand.
  • Follow Health and Safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $16.05. Rate of pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
