We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team at EllisDon. As a Plumber, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair sinks, showers, toilets, water coolers, ice machines, and other plumbing fixtures.
  • Chilled and Hot Water Systems: Install, maintain, and repair chilled water, hot water, and glycol coils in AHUs, hot water heating equipment such as radiant heating panels, unit heaters, and fan coils, and water treatment piping systems for RO water, soft water, and de-ionized water.
  • Patient Care Plumbing: Install, maintain, and repair patient care-related plumbing equipment and fixtures, such as sterilizers, water-cooled machinery, macerators, etc.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Perform preventative maintenance on fire suppression sprinkler systems, lawn sprinklers, plumbing fixtures, etc.
  • Drainage and Repair: Unplug sink, toilet, roof drains, floor drains, and clear any drainage piping, such as glass pipes, PVC pipes, or cast iron pipes. Repair and replace fixtures and fittings.
  • Adherence to Policies: Adhere to the department's established policies, procedures, objectives, quality assurance, and safety guidelines.
Requirements
  • Certificate of Qualification: Certificate of Qualification for Plumber.
  • Language and Communication: Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Physical Ability: Must be physically able to perform the job.
  • Technical Skills: Demonstrated technical skills.
