About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at a Long Term Care facility in Kamloops, BC. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, delivering skilled procedures, and administering medications in accordance with established standards and protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to residents in a Long Term Care facility
- Deliver skilled procedures based on sound nursing practice principles
- Administer medications and document in accordance with quality management and legislative requirements
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure resident safety and well-being
Requirements:
- Registered as a RN in good standing with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)
- Valid Bachelor of Science - Nursing or Equivalent degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in geriatric, rehabilitation, or long-term care as an RN
