Overview

This position is part time and the ideal candidate must be availableThursday to Sunday evenings. Must have your own transportation to/from the Casino.

Responsibilities

The Busser is responsible for supporting the Server in delivering superior guest experiences by keeping the servers' station full of all necessary items, removing dirty dishes, and cleaning and resetting the table for the next guest.

Responsibilities
  • Understands and adheres to all safety, sanitation and administrative procedures.
  • Return all dirty plate ware, cutlery, etc. to the kitchen for cleaning
  • Help clean and reset tables in the dining room
  • Help bring food items from the kitchen to guests
  • Monitors and restocks server stations with supplies to ensure adequate supplies are available.
  • Assists with other duties as needed or instructed
Qualifications
  • Follows all food safety & sanitation procedures
  • Performing duties which require bending & reaching
  • Lifting & transporting up to 50-pounds
  • Standing, for up to 8+ hours
  • Maintaining a well-groomed appearance
  • Following all uniform guidelines
  • Practicing all safety & sanitation standards
  • Recycling products, where possible
  • Remaining calm in a hectic, fast-paced atmosphere
  • Demonstrating a high level of organization, attention-to-detail and a sense-of-urgency
  • Ability to perform basic math functions.
  • Communicates effectively with manager and coworkers and customers (written and spoken) in the English language
  • French considered an asset
  • Displaying a positive and outwardly friendly attitude toward guests
  • Maintaining HRC's 5 core Values and Mission Statement
