We are seeking a highly skilled Project Scheduler to join our team at Aecon. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for maintaining project schedules, developing detailed task and deliverable lists, and ensuring the timely completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and update project schedules using Visio and other project management tools
- Develop and maintain detailed task and deliverable lists
- Attend meetings with project stakeholders and update schedules accordingly
- Prepare reports and graphics for earned value reporting
- Collaborate with project management to determine schedule priorities and provide timely feedback on activities trending away from the set plan
- Technical or business degree from a recognized institution
- Minimum of 5 years of related planning and scheduling experience
- Knowledge of P6 and other project management tools
- Experience in an EPC environment is preferred
- Advanced knowledge and experience in Primavera Project Manager
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Visio)
