Master Data Analyst

This is a 12-month contract opportunity at Aecon, a Canadian leader in infrastructure development.
The Master Data Analyst is a key member of the Corporate Procurement Data team, responsible for reporting and analytics support to various stakeholders within operations and corporate departments.
Key Responsibilities- Design and build Business Intelligence Reports and Dashboards for internal stakeholders using SAP Analytics Cloud and Business Objects.
- Maintain existing dashboards and reports, including Indigenous vendors spend dashboard, procurement dashboard, diversity spend report, and open Purchase Order report.
- Quarterly reporting of diverse spend for two customers on their web platform.
- Develop and maintain various Business Objects reports for year-end activities and audit requirements.
- Ensure Vendor Master data is in compliance with data governance policy and resolve master data integrity issues.
- Undergraduate degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
- Experience with Business Objects and Power BI is an asset.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SAP Analytics Cloud.
- General knowledge of scripting, Visual Basic, and SharePoint Designer experience is an asset.
- Good communication and analytical skills, with high attention to detail.
- Able to work in a team environment and perform in a fast-paced environment.
