Loblaw Companies Limited is seeking a talented Pharmacist to join our team. As a Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our pharmacy operations.

Job Summary

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a skilled Pharmacist to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for dispensing medications, counseling patients, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispense medications accurately and timely to patients
  • Ensure adequate inventory levels to meet patient needs
  • Counsel patients on new and additional medications
  • Create awareness and educate customers through public relations
  • Provide timely and positive resolution to patient needs and doctor's requests/issues
  • Review and control costs at all levels within Loblaw Pharmacy
  • Provide ongoing training for new and existing pharmacy colleagues
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and a Class A Pharmacist license
  • Superior customer relations skills and a strong sense of professionalism
  • Excellent leadership and performance management skills
  • Proven ability to build the business using community-based marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including experience formulating and executing action plans
  • Strong personal computing skills, as well as knowledge of Healthwatch Pharmacy Computer system

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $68.10 - 68.10 per hour, based on experience and knowledge, as well as the geographical region in which the position is located.
