Key Responsibilities:- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to drive business growth and profitability.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile bank and credit card statements, as well as accounts receivable and payable, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Financial Operations: Manage the day-to-day financial operations, including expense tracking, disbursement, and cash management.
- Database Management: Develop and maintain a database of prospects and donors, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of recent experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of managing accounting operations and financial planning.

- Certifications: CPA or enrolled in the CPA program with PREP completed.
