Project Manager

Join our team at bioMérieux as a Project Manager and play a key role in driving the implementation of diagnostics solutions and corporate projects that contribute to revenue growth and customer retention.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and execution of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet business requirements and stakeholder expectations.
  • Develop and manage project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans.
  • Communicate project progress and issues to stakeholders, including account managers and executive management.
  • Establish and maintain high-performing project teams, and ensure accountability among stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive project success, including corporate account-specific initiatives.
  • Perform quarterly business reviews with account managers to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and standards.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of project management experience, with a focus on healthcare preferred.
  • Project Management certification or equivalent experience managing IT-related projects.
  • Experience in analyzing customer business needs and laboratory product/system integration objectives.
  • Experience in following, maintaining, and improving implementation methodologies.
  • Previous leadership experience is desired.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluency in English and French, with excellent communication, analytical, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools.
  • Proven ability to learn and master software applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and diplomacy skills, with strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
  • Good decision-making ability, including problem resolution.
  • Ability to employ the expertise of others and provide expertise in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office products.
