We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at Capitol Hill Apartments. This is a full-time position that requires flexibility, including working some weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • General cleaning of common areas, including lobbies, elevators, stairwells, windows, laundry rooms, social rooms, swimming pools, and recreation rooms.
  • Thorough cleaning of vacant suites, including appliances, walls, windows, kitchen, washrooms, and balconies.
  • Exterior cleaning duties, including maintenance of underground garage and parking levels, service rooms, foyers, patios, and rooftops.
  • Report any safety or hazard concerns to the Resident Manager.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of related experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Pleasant demeanor.
  • Ability to lift and push heavy objects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
