Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a caring and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Mountain Lake Seniors Community.

Position Details:
  • Permanent Full-Time: 4 days on, 2 days off rotation
  • Permanent Part-Time: 2 days on, 4 days off rotation
Compensation:

Starting at $41.42 per hour, plus extended health and dental benefits

Responsibilities:
  • Perform assessments and develop individualized plans of care
  • Administer medications and provide personal care to residents
  • Assess and monitor residents' physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being
  • Provide work direction and orientation to new staff
  • Maintain a safe environment and report any hazards or equipment malfunctions
Qualifications:
  • Current practicing registration with the British Columbia College of Nursing Professionals
  • Graduate of a recognized school of nursing
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification
  • Excellent communication skills and cultural education
