Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Hand to oversee the unit and work closely with the Manager and team to successfully manage residential dining operations.
About the Role:
- Oversee the unit and work with the Manager and team to manage residential dining operations.
- Develop and monitor a meal and break schedule for the staff to ensure excellent customer service.
- Train, develop, and lead a team of associates to provide exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and organize catering orders with weekly invoicing.
- Perform administrative duties, including cash register readings, inventory, banking, ordering, and the administration of programs.
- Build and maintain strong client and customer relationships.
- Ensure compliance with Compass Quality Assurance and Health and Safety Programs.

- Strong supervisory experience with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong arithmetic abilities.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A solid team player with a focus on customer service.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to motivate, lead, and coach staff.
- Superior client relationship skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office.
- Able to accommodate a flexible work schedule (including evenings and weekends).
