Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate to join our team at Walmart Canada. As an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of online orders to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pick and assemble orders from various temperature areas with precision and quality in mind to meet customer expectations.
  • Pack orders with attention to detail, ensuring accurate product selection, quantity, and labeling.
  • Document and label all orders correctly, adhering to strict safety and food hygiene standards.
  • Optimize tote fill by packing orders efficiently while maintaining product quality standards.
  • Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction, providing exceptional service and resolving issues promptly.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety and food hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and hygienic work area.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity standards, and customer satisfaction.
