Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dairy Frozen Stocker Associate to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that our dairy and frozen products are properly stocked and displayed, and providing exceptional customer service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Zoning and Stocking

Properly zone and stock dairy and frozen products in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that all products are facing forward and at the correct temperature.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, making recommendations, and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

Inventory Management

Count and record inventory levels, report discrepancies to management, and participate in inventory audits as required.

Store Maintenance

Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and restocking shelves, to maintain a clean and safe store environment.

Teamwork

Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals, meet customer needs, and maintain a positive store atmosphere.

Requirements
  • Education

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience

Previous retail or stockroom experience an asset.

Skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
