Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Clerk to join our team at Fraser Health Authority. As a key member of our staffing team, you will be responsible for coordinating staffing duties, preparing schedules, and ensuring the smooth operation of our programs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate staffing duties, including preparing and posting staff rotations and schedules, and adjusting schedules to account for leaves of absence, vacancies, and terminations.
  2. Maintain accurate timekeeping records for staff, process requests for vacation, leave of absence, and termination, and ensure compliance with collective agreements.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving staffing-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Collaborate with the Program Manager and Staffing Supervisor to ensure effective staffing operations, and provide support with recruitment and hiring processes.
  5. Perform a range of administrative tasks, including typing technical and non-technical material, arranging meetings and appointments, and maintaining filing systems.
Requirements
  • Grade 12 and four (4) years' recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Ability to type at 40 wpm, communicate effectively, and deal with others effectively.
  • Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position, and ability to organize work and operate related equipment.
