Seeking a National Sales Manager to drive top-line revenue by consistently prospecting national fleets and larger municipalities.


The ideal candidate will thrive in an independent environment, motivated to continually find and draw-in new leads, and build rapport with prospects to secure referrals.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Close new business through prospecting and lead generation.
  • Identify target market leads through referrals and association relationships.
  • Qualify prospects through research and personal contact.
  • Develop strategies to convince prospects of their need for our services.
  • Conduct meetings with clients, including initial and follow-up presentations, closing, and transition meetings.
  • Establish relationships with decision-makers and secure referrals.
  • Create custom fleet strategy solutions to facilitate sales.
  • Manage client relationships after transition on an as-needed basis.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of prior successful B2B/outsales experience.
  • Previous experience selling to K-12 or governmental entities.
  • Proven record selling to C-Level, fleet managers, government, and municipalities.
  • Ability to use financial and analytical data to close business.

  • Proven track record of closing large and complex sales.
  • Ability to evaluate opportunities, prioritize, and close results-oriented.
  • Building relationships, customer service, planning, and organizing.
  • Problem-solving, persuading, and influencing.

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and/or equivalent.
