They will gain market information for producers and source grain to satisfy P&H's export and domestic customer needs.Day to DayIdentify business opportunities with producers and dealersNegotiate contracts with producers and dealers on the purchase of grainFirst point of contact for purchasing and delivery of grainMeet with producers face to face to prospect for new business, nurture relationships, and collect grain samplesUpdate producers on market information Review grain marketing programsProvide the P&H Merchandising team with grain market information from producers and dealersQualificationsPost-secondary education considered an assetExperience in sales, with preference given to candidates with sales experience specific to the grain industryStrong sales techniques and negotiation strategiesExceptional customer service, relationship building and networking skillsProven ability to meet sales targets and close dealsAvailable to travel periodicallyMicrosoft 365 Application Suite (Word, high proficiency in Excel)Valid driver's licenseTo apply and learn more visit us at
