Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and Unloading
    • Unload trailers and process merchandise in a timely and efficient manner
    • Sort and organize merchandise to ensure accurate and efficient stocking
  • Inventory Management
    • Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure that merchandise is properly stored and secured
    • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory management role an asset
