Unlock Your Potential as a Tesla Service Technician

Join our comprehensive 4-year training program, designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed as a licensed Service Technician with Tesla. This program combines theoretical foundations with hands-on experience, ensuring you're well-prepared to tackle the demands of the role.

What You'll Do:
  • Develop a deep understanding of Tesla's vehicle products and technologies
  • Participate in team-based activities, including lab and lecture sessions
  • Adhere to strict safety protocols at all times
  • Enhance your organizational skills by maintaining organized tooling
  • Complete weekly curriculum objectives and pass the Red Seal automotive exam
  • Dedicate a minimum of 40 hours per week to training and service center support
  • Maintain a minimum 95% attendance percentage throughout the training period
What You'll Bring:
  • Previous work experience in a related technology field (aeronautics, engines, electrical, ships, etc.)
  • A valid driver's license and ability to report to training locations or local service centers as needed
  • Ability to work weeknights and weekends
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
  • Strong team-based skills and a 'safety first' attitude
  • Familiarity with the English language and basic computer skills
