The District of Central Saanich is seeking a skilled Roads/Drains Labourer/Maintenance Worker to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the maintenance, repair, and construction of our roads and drainage systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform semi-skilled tasks in road maintenance, repair, and construction
  • Operate heavy equipment and vehicles safely and efficiently
  • Assist in the maintenance and repair of drainage systems
  • Work collaboratively with the Roads and Drains Supervisor and other team members
Requirements:
  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
  • One year of relevant experience in roads/drains operations or a related field
  • Current valid Class 5 BC Driver's License
