Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dairy Frozen Associate to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring that our dairy and frozen products are properly stocked and displayed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Zones the department to ensure a clean and organized store environment.
  • Rotates stock and checks for expired products to maintain product freshness and quality.
  • Ensures merchandise is properly signed and priced to prevent errors and discrepancies.
  • Adheres to standards and policies for cold chain compliance, thermometer calibrations, temperature recording, food handling, product rotation, sell-by dates, and expiration dates to maintain a safe and healthy store environment.
  • Follows proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing/flagging/pricing/labels to ensure accurate and efficient inventory management.
  • Maintains features and keeps the area neat, clean, and organized to provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment. You will also need to be able to lift up to 25 kg and stand for long periods of time.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $15.55. Rate of pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
