Customer Service Associate

Join our team as a Customer Service Associate and provide exceptional service to our customers. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for maintaining a stocked and zoned sales floor, assisting customers with their shopping needs, and ensuring a safe and clean environment for all.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, assisting with product location, and resolving customer issues.
  • Review and manage workload to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
  • Work merchandise, cap bins, and stock picks to support customer availability.
  • Complete price changes and accurately sign merchandise.
  • Print, set, and finalize modulars, set features, and merchandising areas.
  • Complete section work, including modular integrity, PI, and shelf capacity errors.
  • Work recovery merchandise from the customer service desk and complete zoning tasks.
  • Contribute to a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment.
  • Assist and support other task teams as needed.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
