Professional Painters

S3 Group Ltd. is currently recruiting for a Professional Painter to join our S3 Power Pin team in Fort Qu'Appelle, SK. This is a full-time position starting immediately.

Job Overview:

• Understand how powder and or liquid coat painting works
• Operate the Blast Booth
• Operate hand tools, grinders, air sanders, and paint guns
• Operate all facets of the paint ovens
• Operate the air compressor and make necessary air adjustments to achieve optimum results
• Read and comprehend blueprints
• Maintain good housekeeping practices
• Ensure quality, as outlined in our Quality Manual, is inherent in all tasks performed
• Ensure compliance to safe work procedures at all times
• Manage all materials in a safe and environmentally acceptable manner

Experience & Qualifications:

• Minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent education
• Minimum of 2 years of paint and finishing experience; preference given to powder coating
• Basic reading, writing and math skills
• The ability to understand production instructions and drawings
• Strong organizational skills
• A positive attitude
