Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Delta Hotels Grand Okanagan Resort. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service and quality standards in our banquets and food and beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of food and beverage staff to deliver outstanding service and quality
  • Inspect and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in food and beverage areas
  • Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies and equipment, and conducting inventory and stock management
  • Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, and guest satisfaction
  • Assist with hiring, training, and evaluating staff, and provide coaching and development opportunities
  • Follow company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of related work experience and 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
