**Consultant in Loan Solutions**

Seeking a customer-facing professional to provide best-in-class service to customers and prospective customers, gathering loan information, selling loan and protection products, and closing loans.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Gather loan information
* Sell loan and protection products
* Close loans virtually and in person
* Follow up past due customer accounts
* Commit to personal training and development to support our mission to deliver the best borrowing experience

**About the Role:**

As a Consultant in Loan Solutions, you will support customers and prospective customers on the phone and in person to provide the best-in-class service. You will also be responsible for gathering loan information, selling loan and protection products, and closing loans.

**Requirements:**

* Authorized to work in Canada
* High-school diploma or equivalent (an asset)
* Great communication skills
