This is a fly in fly out 2 week rotation 11hr days-
for underground 11 hrs ST plus 1 hr OT per day Flights out of Saskatoon only role duration is April until November with a chance of extension based on site needs.

Role Description / Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to Sr. Engineer, Mine, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of duties, both in the field (underground and on the surface) as well as in the office, in a safe and efficient manner.Responsibilities will include underground survey and monitoring of development and production areas, concrete testing, ventilation monitoring, and various surface survey jobs.You will create driving layouts and other mine drawings under the direction of the design engineer and will further create drawings to accompany regularly issued reports.You will be required to accurately record data and properly file drawings and associated documents.You will be able to work independently, to communicate effectively with coworkers to plan work

Salary: Open to wage negotiations based on experience and qualifications.

Requirements
Technical diploma in mining or related field
Three to six years of relevant work experience Fully proficient in surveying with total station, GPS and 3D scanning tools Equivalent combination of education and work experience considered Strong communication, leadership, planning and problem-solving skills Experience with aerial drones would be an asset. Are you currently eligible to work in Canada? (For example permanent resident, valid work permit, etc).
