  • Ensure proper adherence to company policies and procedures, including refund automation and sales tax exempt records.
  • Assist customers with information, refunds, exchanges, and directions, providing a seamless shopping experience.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including defective slips and returned merchandise.
  • Ensure all damaged merchandise is processed correctly and returned to the sales floor.
  • Verify returned merchandise against refund slips prior to processing.
Requirements
  • Minimum Qualifications
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Previous customer service experience an asset.
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g. business, marketing).
    • Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
