À propos du poste
Dans ce poste essentiel, vous soutiendrez la fonction des opérations du centre de traitement des commandes du client en tant que membre de l'équipe de maintenance et d'ingénierie de la fiabilité (RME). En tant que technicien d'entretien III, vous serez un responsable clé dans la gestion d'un quart de travail et vous fournirez des conseils aux autres techniciens et aux partenaires de soutien du contrôle.
Ce que vous ferez
- Réparer, entretenir et améliorer continuellement la fonctionnalité de l'équipement de manutention des matériaux (EMM) et des systèmes robotiques dans l'ensemble de l'installation.
- Diriger et vérifier les procédures d'entretien préventif.
- Installer, maintenir et résoudre la logique de relais, les diagrammes à relais, les composants de commande, les cellules photoélectriques, les démarreurs de moteur, les interrupteurs de fin de course, les capteurs de proximité, les solénoïdes, etc.
- Diriger et encadrer le plan de travail pour la réparation d'urgence des actifs essentiels et les plans de formation pour les techniciens d'entretien.
- Créer et fermer des bons de travail dans un système informatisé de gestion de l'entretien (SIGE).
- Cultiver des relations de travail positives avec les partenaires d'affaires de RME et les membres de l'équipe de maintenance des opérations.
- Promouvoir un environnement de travail sécuritaire en suivant toutes les procédures de sécurité.

About the Role
In this vital role, you will support the function of the client's Fulfillment Center operations, as a member of the Reliability Maintenance & Engineering (RME) team. As a Maintenance Technician III you'll be a key leader in running a shift and providing guidance to fellow technicians and Control support partners.
What You'll Do
- Repair, maintain, and continuously improve functionality of materials handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems throughout the facility.
- Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures.
- Install, maintain, and solve relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, photo-eyes, motor starters, limit switches, proximity sensors, solenoids, etc.
- Lead and mentor work plan for emergency repair of critical assets and training plans for Maintenance Technicians.
- Build and close out work orders in a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Cultivate positive working relationships with RME business partners and Operations Maintenance team members.
- Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
Ce dont vous aurez besoin

- Expérience des normes de sécurité EMM conformément aux normes du fabricant de l'équipement d'origine (FEO) et aux normes de sécurité.
- Connaissance des principes électriques et électroniques, du Code National de l'Électricité (NEC) et/ou de l'électronique industrielle.
- Capacité à effectuer un entretien préventif et basé sur les procédures.
- Expérience en lecture de plans et de schémas.
- Expérience des programmes de commandes logiques programmables (PLC).
- Au moins trois ans d'expérience en gestion d'ordres de travail.
- Capacité à utiliser et à interpréter des équipements statistiques pour exécuter des mesures comme l'EEO/le temps de disponibilité afin de prioriser en conséquence.
- Exigences physiques, y compris se baisser, se tenir debout, marcher, monter des escaliers/échelles et capacité à soulever/porter des charges lourdes de 50 lb ou plus.
Qualifications recommandées
- Diplôme d'études supérieures d'une école professionnelle ou d'un établissement d'enseignement supérieur avec une spécialisation dans le domaine de la mécanique ou de l'électricité.
- Expérience de direction antérieure.
- Expérience de la gestion des fournisseurs.
- Expérience de l'entretien robotique.
- Expérience du SIGE
- Certification souhaitée dans un ou plusieurs des domaines suivants : électronique, électrique, mécanique, serveurs de contrôle d'accès, PLC, contrôles de processus, robotique ou transmissions d'alimentation mécanique.

What You'll Need
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in Canada without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- 4+ years of experience working with automated conveyors and controls.
- Proficient using computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
- Experience with MHE safety standards in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Safety standards.
- Knowledge of electrical and electronic principles, National Electrical Code (NEC), and/or industrial electronics.
- Ability to conduct preventative & procedure-based maintenance.
- Experience reading blueprints and schematics.
- Experience with Programmable Logic Controls (PLC) programs.
- 3+ years of work order management.
- Ability to use and interpret statistical equipment to run metrics such as OEE/Up Time to prioritize accordingly.
- Physical requirements include stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs / ladders and ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50lbs. or more.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or higher degree from a vocational school or college with a focus in the Mechanical or Electrical field.
- Previous leadership experience.
- Previous vendor management experience.
- Experience with robotic maintenance.
- Experience with CMMS
- Certification preferred in one or more of the following: electronic, electrical, mechanical, access control servers, PLCs, process controls, robotics, or mechanical power transmissions.
