**Job Summary**
We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Meat Cutter to join our team. As a Meat Cutter, you'll be responsible for:
- Cutting, trimming, deboning, and preparing standard cuts of meat according to specifications
- Wrapping, labeling, and packaging prepared meats
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing expert advice on different cuts, serving sizes, and product-related questions
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, ensuring all equipment is well-maintained and operational
- Performing duties in compliance with established health and safety regulations
- Assisting other departments as needed, including unloading freight and stocking shelves

**Requirements**
- Strong leadership skills and an enthusiastic approach to work
- Availability to work on a flexible schedule, including morning and evening shifts on weekdays and weekends

- Able to work independently and in a team
- Ability to handle cool temperatures and heavy lifting (up to 50lbs)
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Previous Meat Cutting experience is an asset
